A personalized treatment plan is developed with input from a multidisciplinary team, including addiction counselors, trauma specialists, LGBTQI+ advocates, and medical providers.
Goals are tailored to address trauma, substance use, and mental health needs while honoring the client’s identity and lived experiences.

2. Trauma-Informed Individual Therapy:
Individual therapy is provided by licensed therapists with expertise in LGBTQI+ issues and trauma, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
