Empower Senior Wellness is a specialized treatment program designed to address the complex intersection of trauma, addiction, and mental health in older adults. This program recognizes that trauma can play a significant role in the development and persistence of substance use disorders, particularly among seniors. Our approach integrates evidence based practices with a deep understanding of the emotional and physical needs of older adults, focusing on trauma-informed care, holistic healing, and long-term recovery. The goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where seniors can heal from past traumas, overcome addiction, and improve their overall mental well-being.

Adults aged 55 and older who are experiencing substance use issues, particularly those with a history of trauma and co occurring mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD.

PHP Stabilization Program

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers comprehensive support for individuals struggling with trauma, addiction, and mental health concerns. Through a structured and intensive treatment approach, participants receive specialized therapy, skill-building sessions, and personalized care to address their unique needs. With a focus on holistic healing and long-term recovery, our PHP empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and achieve lasting well-being.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides targeted support for individuals grappling with trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges. Through a flexible and intensive treatment schedule, participants engage in evidence-based therapies, group counseling, and personalized interventions tailored to their specific needs. With a focus on empowerment and holistic healing, our IOP equips individuals with the tools and support necessary to navigate their recovery journey and achieve sustained well-being.

Supportive Coaching Program

Our coaching program for trauma, addiction, and mental health offers personalized support and guidance to individuals seeking to navigate their recovery journey. Through one-on-one sessions, participants receive practical strategies, accountability, and encouragement to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. With a focus on empowerment and resilience-building, our coaching program empowers individuals to take control of their lives and embark on a path toward lasting healing and well-being.

1. Comprehensive Trauma and Mental Health Assessment:
